Yes. We provide independent visual property checks for short-term rentals between guest stays, during vacancies, before owner arrivals, and when an owner wants a local set of eyes on the property. This is separate from housekeeping or turnover cleaning.
No. Our focus is the visible condition and operation of the property on behalf of the owner. Cleaning and turnover services are separate.
We contact you, document what we observed, and discuss the next step. Repairs or contractor work are separately authorized and billed.
Yes, vendor access and coordination are available on eligible plans and can also be arranged as an additional service.
No. Harmony Home Watch provides scheduled visual property checks and observations. It is not a buyer/seller home inspection, engineering or code inspection, security service, or substitute for evaluation by an appropriately licensed trade professional. Property management services are not included unless separately agreed to.
